Job Description: Collaborate with the US local office for monthly reporting and annual audits. Prepare monthly consolidated financial statements for the US subsidiary group, including relevant accounting schedules and disclosure notes. Reconcile current accounts for group companies. Develop weekly cash flow forecasts. Assist in budget preparation and conduct variance analysis between budget and actuals. Manage full sets of financial statements for several inactive Hong Kong companies. Undertake additional ad-hoc projects or tasks as required. Job Requirements: Degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. At least 5 years of accounting experience in the commercial sector. Must be proficient in MS Office and Flex System. Must be capable of handling full sets of accounts and management reporting. Strong communication skills in both English and Mandarin. Self-motivated, independent, and meticulous with respect to deadlines. Openness to work overtime on occasion. Candidates who can start immediately will be given preference.
