Responsibilities Manage the Broker Director’s calendar, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements to optimize time management Handle calls, emails, and correspondence on behalf of the Sales Director with professionalism and confidentiality Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, reports, and briefing materials to support effective decision‑making Coordinate internal and external meetings, including minute‑taking and tracking follow‑up actions Act as a key liaison between the Broker Director and stakeholders such as clients, senior management, and internal teams Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Sales Department, including coordinating departmental meetings and maintaining accurate records Manage departmental filing systems, databases, and reports to ensure data integrity Support sales operations, including processing purchase requests, expense claims, invoices, and budget tracking Liaise with HR, Finance, IT, and other departments on staffing, onboarding, offboarding, and operational matters Assist in preparing sales reports, performance summaries, and management presentations Support departmental projects, initiatives, audits, and process improvement activities Monitor deadlines, follow up on action items, and ensure timely completion of tasks Perform ad‑hoc administrative and operational tasks as assigned Qualifications Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related discipline3–5 years of experience supporting senior executives, executive assistants, or departmental administration roles Experience supporting sales leadership or commercial teams is advantageous Excellent organizational, scheduling, and time‑management skills Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to manage stakeholders effectively High level of discretion, professionalism, and attention to detail Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook)Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese required; Mandarin preferred)Proactive, adaptable, and capable of managing multiple priorities independently AXA is an equal opportunity employer.
