  Responsibilities: Perform secretary and administrative support to Facility Management Department including handling phone calls and/or correspondence enquiries, purchase order preparation, maintain filing system, and invoice payment accordingly to the company guidelines Coordinate with internal parties on related office administration matters such as petty cash and office supplies as needed Arrange and coordinate internal and external meetings Manage travel arrangements/ appointments etc.

and submit timely reports and prepare presentation materials as assigned May be required to travel and work between site locations Assist in handling ad-hoc projects / duties when required  Requirements: Degree holder in Business Administration or related discipline At least 5 years of relevant experience in sizable organization or fast paced industry Strong sense of responsible, detail-minded, good communication and interpersonal abilities Proficiency in MS Office skills, particularly MS Word, Excel and Power Point Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese
