Responsibilities
Handle clients’ account opening, inspection of new accounts’ documentation
Handle customer enquiries in a professional manner
Perform client onboarding review, KYC and AML checking in accordance with internal guidelines and regulatory requirement
Perform periodic “Customer Due Diligence” review of client’s information and liaise with sales
Liaise with internal departments to ensure a smooth client onboarding process
Handle IPO case to circulate IPO factsheet and data input
Requirements
Degree holder in Business Administration or related discipline
Holder of SFC type 1 and type 2 licenses would be an advantage
Positive attitude and self-motivated with excellent communication skills
Good team player and customer-oriented
Excellent command of written and spoken English & Chinese, including Mandarin
At least 3 years of experience in handling client on-boarding in financial sector
