Key Responsibilities for this role: Assist the Head of Institutional Distribution, APAC and the institutional sales team for the business development of Financial Institutions business.

Maintain good relationship with existing clients and expand the network.

Responsible for providing professional sales support services to clients which includes handling day-to-day inquiry from clients as well as account opening and related paper work.

Prior experience in managing RFP including the administrative aspects of submission per timelines.

Involved in due diligence and structuring of fund related sales.

Meet activities management and sales target as part of the team.

Conduct any ad-hoc projects and perform other duties as assigned in line with business development initiatives.

Key Knowledge, Skills & Experience: University degree required; although a Finance degree is not necessary but is valued.

4 to 6 years experience, previous client facing, sales or marketing experience a plus.

Good command of written, spoken English; with strong Mandarin (Mainland or Taiwanese) capabilities.

Proficient with Microsoft Office products, especially Excel, Power Point and Word.

Good organisational skills and ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.

Pragmatic and an independent thinker, with a willingness to learn.

Proven team player, with a flexible mindset to manage occasionally changing priorities.

Confident individual, able to effectively interact with colleagues and clients across all levels.

Interested in a sales and marketing career within investment management longer term.
