Reports to: Director, Membership & Advisory About The Mekong Club The Mekong Club is a membership-based organisation that works with businesses to address modern slavery in global supply chains. Through our membership programme, advisory services, tools, and collaborative platforms, we help companies strengthen their supply chain due diligence, mitigate risk, and drive ethical practices across industries. Role overview We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Consultant to support the growth and delivery of our membership and advisory services. This is a dynamic role for a strategic and hands-on professional with deep knowledge of responsible business practices, strong client relationship skills, and a passion for impact. You will work closely with the Director of Membership & Advisory, to manage and expand our corporate membership network, deliver high-quality membership and advisory support, and co-develop innovative tools and resources for companies in Hong Kong and the broader Asia region. Key responsibilities Manage ongoing engagement with member companies to ensure satisfaction, retention, and value delivery Help deliver membership services such as HRDD maturity assessments, training sessions, policy reviews, and strategy support Help design and facilitate member workshops, webinars, and working groups on key labour rights and ESG topics Contribute to the development of resources and tools to support members in meeting regulatory and stakeholder expectations Stay up to date with evolving due diligence regulations and global best practices Support outreach to prospective members and partners, including onboarding and proposal development Collaborate with a small, mission-driven team to monitor progress, evaluate impact, and continuously improve our services Qualifications and experience Minimum 5 years’ experience in consulting, ESG, sustainability, responsible sourcing, or BHRStrong understanding of global and regional due diligence frameworks and supply chain risk issues Proven ability to build client relationships, manage projects, and deliver quality outcomes Skilled in facilitating meetings, leading workshops, and translating technical concepts into actionable insights Experience working with multinational companies, particularly in sectors such as fashion, retail, consumer goods, or manufacturing Self-motivated, flexible, and able to manage multiple priorities in a small team setting Fluent in English; Cantonese or Mandarin is a strong advantage What we offer Purpose-driven work at the intersection of business and labour rights Opportunity to work with leading companies on cutting-edge issues in sustainability and supply chains Flexible working arrangements and a collaborative team culture Visa sponsorship for Hong Kong may be possible How to apply Please submit your CV and a cover letter detailing your interest in the role, to clemence.aron@themekongclub.org Seniority level Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Employment type Full-time Job function Job function Consulting, Information Technology, and Sales Industries Non-profit Organizations Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at The Mekong Club by 2x Sign in to set job alerts for “Senior Consultant” roles.
