What you will do Business Development calls to generate new clients.
Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to understand their recruitment needs.
Source, screen, and interview candidates for potential opportunities.
Manage the full recruitment cycle from job briefing to candidate placement.
Build and maintain a strong client network and talent pipeline.
Who we are looking for: Proven experience in an external recruitment role.
Strong knowledge of the recruitment lifecycle.
Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Existing track record within an agency setting, preferably in a 360' recruitment capacity.
