Job Requirements A Higher Diploma or above in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or Telecommunication Engineering, or a related field. A minimum of 7 years in the telecommunication sector, with at least 3 years focusing on voice services. Strong understanding of Mobile Core Networks, IP networking, Telecom Signaling, Roaming, and Messaging. Proficiency with databases, scripting, and programming is preferred.
