Come Join our Family Today!Together, We Make Travel Better!What you’ll be doing: Identify, qualify and engage with key Travel Trade clients and other relevant stakeholders. Promoting and selling PPG products through travel trade corridors, to negotiate and secure good business volume. To drive growth within the travel trade segment, responsible for establishing and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders within the travel trade industry, driving partnerships and increasing brand visibility. Planning and driving promotional programs with OTA partners to maximize revenue. Pricing and Sales Strategy: Collaborate with the line manager to create and execute a comprehensive sales strategy that aligns with the company's goals and targets. Identify and pursue new sales opportunities. Use various methods such as cold calling, email marketing, social media outreach, and networking to generate leads and convert them into paying customers. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers. Understand their needs, provide product information, address inquiries, and offer solutions to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales. Develop a deep understanding of the products or services offered by our client (OTA, Travel Trade, and Corporate). Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market demands to effectively position and promote the company's products. Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and webinars to showcase the features and benefits of the products. Customize presentations to suit different customer segments and highlight how the products meet their specific needs. Engage in price negotiations, contract discussions, and contract closures with customers. Use persuasive selling techniques and effective negotiation skills to secure deals and meet sales targets. Track and analyze sales data, conversion rates, and customer feedback. Prepare regular reports and presentations to evaluate sales performance, identify areas for improvement, and suggest actionable strategies. Coordinate with marketing, group operations, global sales support, and global call center teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. Collaborate on promotional campaigns, product launches, and customer retention initiatives. Stay updated on travel industry trends, innovations, and best practices. Attend industry events, conferences, and workshops to expand your network, gain insights, and enhance your sales skills. Ensure pricing is consistent in all distribution channels. Monthly review of client’s performance including strategies with Sales Manager and Commercial MD. About you: Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related discipline. Practical working experience within the tourism industry. Experience in the online travel agent industry, Channel Management including Distribution Management would be an advantage. Overseas travel is required. Advanced Excel, Power Point, Word, and use of graphs to interpret data. Macro knowledge would be an advantage. Excellent organization and planning skills. Strong analytical skills. Self-motivated, ability to work accurately and effectively under pressure. Strong in spoken and written English and Mandarin.
