Responsibilities
Reporting to Principal IT Lead, the appointee will mainly perform the following duties:
Lead the full lifecycle of network services projects and initiatives, including vendor sourcing, evaluation, and contract management
Manage project progress to ensure alignment with cost, schedule, deliverables and milestone payments
Act as Incident Lead to coordinate triage, communication, root cause analysis, corrective actions and post-incident reviews
Maintain operational documentation, diagrams and asset inventories and drive automation using AI tools
Maintain networking technology standards across internet, Demilitarised Zone, data centre and access networks
Manage internal and external audit activities and ensure compliance with group, corporate, and industry technology standards
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or related disciplines
A minimum of 11 years’ relevant work experience in large scale network and security infrastructure support and cybersecurity management, including a minimum of 4 years in a supervisory role
Sound knowledge of network technologies and protocol stacks such as BGP, OSPF, Vx LAN, VPN, IDS/IPS, MFA, and NAC
Proven experience and in‑depth knowledge in one or more of the following domains, e.g. WAN, Data Centre, SDN, SD WAN, Wi Fi, Load balancer, or Anti DDo S
Certifications in networking or cybersecurity such as HCIE, CCIE, CISP, CISSP, CISA, CISM an advantage
Good command of English and Chinese languages, both spoken and written
Candidate with less experience may be considered for the position of IT Lead.
This is a 2-year contract position. Renewal of contract or appointment as a member of our permanent workforce is subject to the Company’s business needs and the performance of the individual.
