Senior Maintenance Manager (Building Surveying)
Our client is a renowned property developer, they are looking for a Senior Technical Manager to join them.
Responsibilities
Supervise the building maintenance team to deliver and integrated technical support
Provide technical advice to business units and departments on A&A and renovation works across the property portfolio
Review and approve tenant fit-out submissions, offering practical solutions where needed
Oversee procurement processes, contracts, and asset enhancement / renovation projects across the portfolio
Monitor and evaluate contractor performance to ensure quality and efficiency
Manage budgets, monitor service quality, and ensure compliance with company standards
Supervise and develop technical staff to align with company goals and strategies
Qualifications
Degree holder in Building Surveying
Professional membership with HKIS (Building Surveying Division) or RICS or equivalent professional qualification is preferred
10+ years of relevant experience in building operation and maintenance, with at least 5 years in a supervisory role within leading property developers or property management companies
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with proven ability to work effectively with tenants, leasing, and property management teams
Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese
