Kai Fu Property Services Co., Ltd is a We are seeking experienced Maintenance Officers (Building Services) to join our team at Kai Fu Property Services Co. Ltd. in Kowloon. This is a full-time position responsible for overseeing building maintenance and improvement projects to ensure the properties under our management are well-maintained and continue to meet the highest standards.
Supervise and coordinate building maintenance and improvement projects, ensuring work is completed to a high standard and within budget and timelines
Liaise with contractors, service providers and residents to address any maintenance issues or concerns
Conduct regular property inspections and identify any repair or maintenance needs
Handle the payment issues to the Housing Department through the ERP system. Relevant experience is preferable but not a must.
Manage the procurement of materials and services required for maintenance and improvement works
Maintain detailed records of all maintenance activities and expenditures
Provide technical advice and support to the property management team
Ensure compliance with all relevant building regulations and safety standards
What we're looking for
Holder of a certificate in Building Services / Electrical Engineering / Mechanical Engineering from HK Technical Institutions
A minimum of 5 years experience in similar building maintenance or facilities management roles is a MUST.
Experience in public rental houses; residential facilities maintenance is an advantage.
Holder of Registered Electricity Worker —Grade A or Grade B issued by EMSD is an advantage
Broad knowledge of building facilities maintenance practices
Strong problem-solving and project management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with a range of stakeholders
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and documents Knowledge of relevant building regulations and safety standards
Proficient in using maintenance management software and MS Office applications
Candidates with less experience will be considered as \"Ssenior Maintenance Officer\". The offer will be paid according to work experiences.
