Oversee payroll coordination, benefits administration, and HR analytics related to rewards. Manage vendor relationships (e.g., insurance providers, survey consultants). Drive process improvements and digital transformation in C&B practices. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field; Master’s degree or certifications (e.g., GRP, CIPD) a plus.8+ years of C&B experience, preferably in insurance/financial services or MNCs. Strong expertise in job evaluation, salary benchmarking, and benefits program management. Proficiency in HRIS systems and advanced Excel skills for data analysis. Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data for decision-making. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Fluency in Chinese and English.
