The Job Taking up a key position in driving the implementation of MPF full portability, ensuring establishment and close monitoring of technical delivery plans that are well coordinated with the overall delivery programme for the e MPF Platform Company Limited; Preparing business requirements and context diagrams for MPF full portability; Ensuring the implementation of MPF full portability is in line with the policy design and intent, with standard project management techniques and scope covered (for example progress updates, plan management, dependency management, resource allocation and smoothing, risk management, assumption management, budget control, etc.); Working with multiple stakeholders from MPFA, e MPF Platform Company Limited and contractor(s) on technology, system and process design, testing and test cases preparation, operational management, vendor management, delivery and review; Coordinating and communicating with MPF trustees and Hong Kong Interbank Clearing on the data specification and data interface requirements and testing; Ensuring timely and effective communication across programme work streams and internal / external stakeholders; and Managing an indirect delivery team often including third party suppliers.
Skills and Qualification Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Service/Technology, Engineering, Data Science, Business, Economics or other related disciplines; Minimum 10 years of relevant management and/or policy implementation experience in technology driven projects, preferably in a financial services and/or public sector environment; Experience in digital transformation, MPF / pension operations, vendor management and/or delivering a complex large-scale project or sub-projects will be a plus; Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar certified, and/or experience in managing the whole lifecycle of delivering high complex digital projects (in particular, testing and implementation project stages) are preferred; Strong in internal and external stakeholder management and liaison; Driven, positive, highly structured, proactive, and analytical; Excellent organization and problem solving skills, and be able to work under pressure; and Good command of both spoken and written Chinese and English.
