Responsibilities: Project, stakeholders and designers management, work closely with digital transformation project stakeholders (Design Team, Business, IT, Compliance, Risk, Legal and Solution providers) to define business objective, document requirement, track risks & issues and manage communications on project updates.
Coordinate and perform detailed business analysis; develop user requirement specifications ; conduct and perform UAT.
Perform data and business insights related activities including but not limited to mapping current processes, conducting customer journey research, analyzing business related data for insight recovery.
Construct workflow charts and diagrams; studying system capabilities; writing specifications.
Creating, refining and maintaining user stories and associated deliverables.
Assist and participates in design, development and implementations.
Manage multiple conflicting business / technology priorities.
Requirements: Holder of Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information System, Marketing, Creative Media or related discipline with strong academic performance.
Minimum 6 years of working experience as Digital Business Analyst, Digital Account Servicing in design agency or similar capacity.
Eyes on detail.
Excellent communication, analytical and problem solving skills.
Highly proficient in Excel is a must.
Experience in Jira and Confluence is a big plus.
Understandings in both the business opportunities and aspects of latest trend of technology.
Understand industry and developments relating to UXUI Design.
