Responsibilities Lead a team of qualified financial professionals for the preparation of relevant financial reports to regulatory bodies. Manage the implementation of financial accounting and controlling systems, standards, and policies. Ensure compliance with Group accounting policies and relevant standards, guidelines, procedures, and local regulatory requirements. Maintain sound internal control and effectiveness in financial reporting. Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Requirements Degree holder in accounting and/or finance. Qualified Accountant. At least 8 years of financial accounting and reporting experience from leading financial institutions. Strong influencing and stakeholder management skills.
