Today, the Group owns, operates and manages 100+ hotels under our family of four brands: Shangri-La, Kerry Hotels, JEN by Shangri-La, and Traders. We are now looking for a Senior Manager, HR Digitalisation to join our Group Human Resources team to manage the global implementation of HRIS, ensuring alignment with business strategies and HR priorities. This role is critical in driving the system rollout, integration, and long-term data governance to establish a single source of truth for workforce data analytics. Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end global rollout of HRIS, including pilot and subsequent phases. Manage timelines and resources, ensuring alignment with HR and business goals. Oversee functional solutioning, UAT, data conversion, and integration with existing downstream systems. Partner with IT and vendors to resolve technical challenges and ensure seamless deployment. Communicate updates to senior leaders, project members, and regional teams to align expectations. Establish data standards for accuracy and consistency across all regions. Train HR teams on data entry protocols to maintain a single source of truth. Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with relevant regulations. Identify business requirements for data analysis and report generation. Act as HR’s gatekeeper for system enhancements, prioritizing updates based on strategic value, user feedback, and resource feasibility. Stay updated on HR tech trends (e.g. AI) to regularly assess HRIS performance, identify gaps, and implement optimizations (e.g., automation, workflow redesign) to enhance user experience and efficiency. Partner with IT to manage upgrades, patches, and integrations with existing tools enhancements. Qualifications: Education in HR, IT, Business, or related field. Experience in HRIS, with a focus on global ERP implementations (Oracle People Soft preferred). Proven track record in managing large-scale HR tech projects and cross-functional teams. Expertise in data governance, integration, and analytics tools (e.g. Power BI). Strong project management (Agile/Waterfall) and stakeholder collaboration. Analytical mindset with ability to simplify technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
