Senior / Manager, Land & Business Development Join to apply for the Senior / Manager, Land & Business Development role at HSITP Hong Kong-Shenzhen Innovation and Technology Park. Responsibilities: Implement sales strategy to secure interest and engagement from potential stakeholders and partners for Batch 2 and 3 of HSITP project. Identify, lobby, and facilitate communication with market players to understand their needs, propose tailored solutions, and drive actions. Administer and deliver the EOI and tender process for Batch 2 and 3. Conduct research and analysis based on EOI to formulate land development plans and land lease tenders. Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and pitches to showcase the benefits and opportunities of the project. Review land lease tenders, investment promotion materials, transaction agreements, and assist in due diligence. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and consultants on coordination and execution of Batch 2 and 3. Coordinate submissions to the government for land development approvals. Requirements: Degree in Business Administration, Surveying, Real Estate, or related fields. At least 12 years of experience in property development, land administration, valuation, government liaison, and project implementation. Experience in real estate development management, financial and business analysis, and property appraisals. Knowledge of government approval processes, policies, and regulations related to land development is a plus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, team collaboration ability. Strong planning, organization, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in English and Chinese (including Putonghua). Less experienced candidates may be considered for Manager, Land & Business Development.
