Senior Manager - Manufacturing (Dongguan) Client Description Well-established Io T products manufacturing and R&D company Job Description • Manage a sizeable workforce and in a dynamic environment to meet business objectives with respect to customer satisfaction, quality, delivery of volume and value, manufacturing cost, and safety• Take clear ownership for the delivery of manufacturing operation agenda including and not limited to FPY, LAR, DPPM, OTD, labor and OH cost, efficiency and productivity, Inventory turns, yield, people development, COC and cultural change• Define multi-level KPI for team. Steer and manage activities to achieve and surplus operations objectives• Support BU to interface with customers directly on issues relating to NPI, quality and delivery Job Requirements • Degree in Industrial, Electronic, Manufacturing Engineering or related discipline• Not less than 15 years’ OEM/ODM experience, with at least 8 years in leading sizeable workforce and teams of professionals in a operation / manufacturing managerial capacity• Sound experience on product life cycle management from concept to mass production with facilitating skill in working with other functions, including Engineering, Quality, Program Management as well as p FMEA, and Manufacturing Solutions, etc• Proven track record of success in driving lean manufacturing, DFx, efficiency, productivity and cost improvement• Should be a good driver of leading change in different cultural environment;• Strong in project management, with effective communication and interpersonal skills in building team collaboration and relationship across business, functional and operational units• Knowledgeable with strong technical appreciation in various quality tools, analytical tools, shop floor management approach; people management technique, automation, and electronics manufacturing processes• Preferred with solid and hands on experience in PCBA and box build industry• Good understanding of financial and costing• Good command of oral and written English and Chinese (including Putonghua);• Hands-on style and result oriented with structural approach
