What you will be doing Strategic Planning and Implementation: Based on Group Regional Sales strategy, develop and implement local sales strategy to drive business opportunities, local sales, increase market share and enhance the company brand awareness that are in line with the company's goal and direction.
Develop quarterly and annual game plan with actionable steps to attain revenue goals.
Conduct and analyse regularly local market intelligence, customer behaviour, market landscape, competitors pricing, aviation & travel trends and activities closely.
Manage a portfolio of brands and products including airport lounges, airport meet and assist and ancillary passenger services, airport transit hotels, dining concepts and reward programs.
Account Planning, Management and Growth: Define and implement a clear account strategy to improve the presence and revenue at local level.
Develop strategic and tactical account plans and identify new business opportunities.
Leverage internal resources as key inputs to the planning process.
Continuously monitor activity against the plan.
Effectively lead all negotiations.
Ensure successful submissions of agreements and value propositions during the proposal and contracting phrases.
Ensure selection and deal closing.
Drive contract revenue to exceed.
established goals.
Identify, evaluate and respond to key business issues in the account, and develop, present up-to-date company product and services to the client.
Maintain compliance with contract terms and conditions, and maximize the organizations' revenue throughout the contract terms.
Conduct quarterly and annual business reviews with all accounts.
Identify key stakeholders and develop penetration strategies for all levels of the account's organization.
Facilitate customer relationships both cross-functionally and hierarchically between the company and the account's organization.
What we are looking for University graduate in Business Administration or Aviation/Tourism related disciplines.
Minimum 10 years' sales & marketing experience, preferably from Airlines Sales industry.
Proven-track sales record.
Strong business acumen with in-depth knowledge in travel industry.
Capable of working under pressure and prioritize work with excellent time management.
Aggressive, self-motivated and committed to achieving sales target.
Attentive to details, efficient, well-planned with good business sense.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with analytical mind.
Good customer service and account management skills.
Excellent command of both spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin.
Proficient in MS Office applications and Chinese word processing.
