The role will be responsible for managing the retail operations of all treatment centres in Hong Kong.
Responsibilities: Take a leading role in driving front-line therapists' performance across multiple brands and locations in Hong Kong; collaborating closely with marketing teams and platform business teams to drive seamless communications about current campaigns and offers Review front-line sales and activity reports, provide timely business performance analysis to C-suite riding on robust operation management reporting system Responsible for setting up a daily review system and framework with front-line staff to identify performance gaps and provide coaching and training to motivate and enhance staff performance Take an advisory role in robotic process automation (RPA) development to enable data accuracy, dashboard building for business planning and performance reviews Provide insights to the Operations HR department on performance, salary appraisals and new hires Ensure operation efficiency and conduct effective internal communications such as presentations/ webinars for new promotion offers, omnichannel marketing campaigns and sales campaigns Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing or related disciplines.8+ years of relevant experience in luxury retail, F&B, hospitality, telecommunications or similar industries in which business planning is conducted through a high volume of data analytics.
Effective leadership skills for a massive sales force; strong business acumen and analytical skills.
