Act as the financial controller of the Group's Trading division, the candidate is responsible for the full spectrum of finance and accounting operations, capital and tax planning, budgeting, auditing, control and compliance of all GE Trading companies.
Responsibilities: Plan, manage and support all Trading companies' business operations and growth through effective financial strategies, policies and procedures Lead FA function's daily operations and provide financial oversight: plan, manage and improve all financial operations and reports, including budget, forecast, transactions and approval flows Lead the Control function: monitor all financial activities, manage budget, cost and risks, ensure compliance and support internal/external audits Manage financial and compliance aspects of all investments and contracts Keep abreast of governmental policies and legal requirements Build and maintain good relationships with government and financial institutions Liaise financial matters with group headquarter functions, including Group Finance, Legal, Company Secretary, Internal Audit, etc.
