Role Summary Reporting to the Regional High Jewelry Product Manager, you will support the Marketing team in the APAC region, focusing on contemporary High Jewelry. Your responsibilities span stock and event management, sales support, data analysis, training, and special projects. Responsibilities Stock Management & Event Support – assist with stock allocation, post‑event analysis, and database updates; coordinate sales support and logistics for HJ events. Daily Sales Support – facilitate transfers between markets to aid client presentations, answer market enquiries, coordinate with HQ on stock availability, and prepare allocation plans to maximize daily and event sales. Monthly Sales Analysis – analyze sales data and provide insights and recommendations to the markets. Ad‑hoc Studies – conduct sales analysis for projects such as event stock versus sales and stock rotation, sharing insights with the markets. Database Management – manage the HJ database to enable effective analysis of sales by market and client. Training & Internal Communication – organize and coordinate training for markets, and develop internal communication tools for the sales team. Special Projects Support – support the Regional HJ Board in building a community of Sales Associates (interactivity, workshops, business reviews) and ensure smooth onboarding of new initiatives such as stock enquiry systems and database management. Qualifications Proven product‑marketing experience; experience in Jewelry and Luxury industry is a plus. Strong project management, interpersonal and communication skills. Proficiency with MS Office.
