Develop long-term and short-term marketing and branding strategies and manage the team on implementation. Provide brand guidance to manage different touchpoints to maximize brand exposure and consistency. Formulate and implement marketing initiatives & CRM programs according to business focus, delivering in a timely and orderly manner. Create effective campaigns to build brand awareness and engagement. Initiate and implement joint promotions with partners. Work closely with different internal parties and external agencies/vendors to create a satisfying customer experience. Budget planning and monitoring. Perform any ad hoc assignments as required. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or other related disciplines. Minimum 10 years of work experience in marketing or communications. Proven experience in CRM, brand management, and marketing for sizeable corporations; agency exposure will be an advantage. Experience in website management, digital marketing, and O2 O campaigns is essential. Strong leadership, project management, and time management skills. Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and creative with a strong marketing perspective. Exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
