Mandatory Reference Checking Scheme ("MRC") for Hong Kong The Mandatory Reference Checking Scheme is a framework to facilitate Authorized Institutions ("AIs") to bilaterally obtain reference information during their recruitment process for certain positions, such that misconduct information in an individual's previous employments can be provided to AIs to inform their employment decisions.

Key Responsibility• Responsible for implementing all Transaction Banking ("TB") projects, including but not limited to Cash and e-channel products namely CLS (Corporate Listed Service), Dividend payment, API, SWIFT and COB (Corporate Online Banking) etc.• Responsible for Transaction Banking client onboarding related activities covering: IPO receiving Bank, dividend payment and e-channel products• Collaborate and work closely with internal stakeholders to agree and ensure project deliverables meeting the overall timeline, documentation and implementation plan/solution prior to execution and provide regular updates on project progress till completion.• Provide customer support in executing and monitoring the overall implementation, including but not limited to system setup and UAT.• Focus on timely and accurate delivery of targets• Support frontline and adhere to anti-money laundering / counter terrorist financing requirement and sanction risks controls in accordance with regulatory standards and CNCBI policies.
Requirements• Degree holder in Business Administration or related disciplines.• 1-2 years of relevant experience for Officer / Senior Officer and 3-4 years for Assistant Manager in TB product or implementation role preferred• Knowledge of corporate/wholesale banking business and TB products related project delivery preferred.• Good interpersonal and communication skills.• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua).
