The Senior Officer will support the execution of customer engagement initiatives and partnership programs that enhance loyalty, drive advocacy, and create cross-sell opportunities.
This role focuses on operational excellence, partner coordination, and campaign integration to ensure smooth delivery of engagement activities and partnership activations.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about creating meaningful customer experiences through strategic collaborations.
Your Responsibilities Assist in managing the partnership onboarding process, ensuring timely documentation, approvals, and activation.
Coordinate day-to-day communications with partners and internal teams to maintain alignment and resolve operational issues.
Support the execution of partnership activations across marketing campaigns, digital journeys, and customer programs.
Monitor and track partnership performance metrics (engagement, conversion, retention) and prepare regular reports for the Manager.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of partnerships into campaigns and journeys.
Help develop customer engagement initiatives that encourage program participation, digital adoption, and loyalty.
Maintain accurate records of partnership agreements, timelines, and deliverables.
Provide administrative and logistical support for events, campaigns, and partner activities.
Required Qualifications2+ years of experience in marketing, project management or related fields Background in insurance or financial services is a plus Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Good analytical skills to track performance and generate insights.
Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
