Job Responsibilities:
Assist in Club Lounge reception and food & beverage operations;
Provide courteous service to VIP guests and respond promptly to guests’ enquiries, complaints and requests;
Assist with check-ins/check-outs of VIP guests;
Check guests’ satisfaction to ensure total service excellence;
Perform ad-hoc tasks when necessary.
Job Requirements:
Degree or Diploma in hospitality management or related studies;
Excellent communication skills with good spoken English and Mandarin;
2 years related working experience is an added advantage;
