Purpose of Role
The Senior Officer - Procurement & Administration supports all procurement activities and logistics arrangements under the direction of the Head of Supply Chain. This role is primarily focused on daily administrative duties to ensure smooth operations and serves as the primary liaison with restaurants, addressing daily operational issues such as delivery schedules, stock takes, and quality concerns.
Responsibilities
Manage daily operational procurement needs, including PO follow-up, price negotiation, quotation, order processing, coordinating with suppliers and managing delivery arrangements.
Oversee and maintain daily procurement records and menu specifications in the system, manage goods transfers, and perform related administrative tasks.
Conduct data entry in Revel, maintaining detailed records of item information including dates, vendors, quantities, and costs for invoicing and financial processing.
Provide support to the Finance Department on all matters related to Supply Chain Finance and Accounting.
Act as the primary contact for restaurants regarding daily procurement operational issues, including supplier delivery schedules, quality concerns, food product specifications, and compliance investigations.
Collaborate with various departments on logistics arrangements, including distribution of marketing materials, sample requests, and installation of suppliers’ equipment.
Communicate effectively with suppliers and multiple internal teams, assessing and analyzing procurement needs, performing cost comparisons and usage analyses.
Conduct market and supplier research to support procurement strategy execution.
Assist in other and ad‑hoc projects as assigned.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Logistics, Procurement, Supply Chain or relevant disciplines.
Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in the F&B industry.
Excellent planning, organization skills and ability to handle multiple tasks.
Good team player, self‑motivated, equipped with a ‘can‑do’ attitude and positive mindset.
Able to work under pressure within tight deadlines.
Proficient in MS applications, Excel, Word, and Power Point; knowledge and experience in video shooting/editing will be an advantage.
Good command of spoken and written English & Chinese.
