T&O manages the majority of the Bank's operational processes and aims to delight our business partners through multiple banking delivery channels. Responsibilities Deliver excellent inbound/outbound/digital services over the phone or through other channels to internal/external customers on corporate banking products, ensuring customer satisfaction and meeting KPIs. Understand customers’ needs and provide appropriate solutions and attention. Offer advisory services and insights to address customer needs. Solicit feedback and identify trends for service improvement. Record, track, and coordinate resolution of customer queries. Maintain professional standards of behavior and conduct with customers and colleagues. Cross-sell digital banking solutions to customers. Collaborate with team leaders, product owners, and business units to identify areas for improvement based on customer enquiries. Handle ad-hoc projects or customer issue analyses. Requirements Degree or Polytechnic diploma holder; experience in customer service is advantageous. At least 3 years of corporate banking customer service experience is preferred. Knowledge of cash and corporate banking products. Excellent communication skills in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin, with a pleasant voice and attentive listening skills.
