Senior Officer/Officer, Specialist, Operations, Account Services, Corporate Banking
Technology and Operations (T&O) enables and empowers the bank with an efficient, nimble and resilient infrastructure through a strategic focus on productivity, quality & control, technology, people capability and innovation. In T&O, we manage the majority of the Bank's operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels.
Responsibilities
Perform customer setup and maintenance for internet enterprise banking services with accuracy and timeliness.
Provide 2nd level client services. Handle customer complaints and resolve / upgrade problems in an efficient manner.
Handle the day-to-day operations. Perform checking on work done, reconciliation of General Ledger accounts, preparation of transaction and miscellaneous reports, etc.
Comply with statutory rules and Audit / Risk Management guidelines. Report any suspicious/outstanding transaction or incident to supervisor, Department Head and other relevant parties.
Participate in UAT for new enhancements. Review business requirements and functional specifications. Prepare test cases and conduct testing.
Participate in project initiatives and business development e.g. customer implementation, business continuity management, review of operational procedures, policies and guidelines; specific and job related training, etc.
Handle regular and ad‑hoc tasks as designed by supervisor and Department Head.
Comply with UDMA Policy requirement as well as UDMA governance process, control and support tasks, if required.
Requirements
Degree or related Diploma is preferred.
At least 2 years of relevant working experience in banking operations and practices.
Good knowledge and experience of banking operations and account services processing.
Cash products’ knowledge and Operational skills.
Accuracy and thoroughness in work.
Good sense of risk control and management.
Result and customer service oriented.
Self‑motivated with good analytical mind and problem‑solving skills.
Good team player, supportive and flexible to take up departmental tasks.
Good PC knowledge and skills.
