Responsibilities
Project Management & Documentation
Manage strict T&A calendars; keep up-to-date on all development details and status changes at all times.
Ensure all files and documentation are meticulously organized, clear, and accurate for easy retrieval and tracking.
Provide fast turnaround time for customer enquiries.
Technical
Handle technical drawings and provide feasibility solutions.
Operations
Manage Quotations and PO processing via ERP system.
Management Support
Handle ad‑hoc inquiries and special assignments from Top Management, including but not limited to product development tasks.
Travel
Travel to Mainland China/Overseas factories for development reviews.
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, 5+ years of relevant experience (in advance).
High attention to details with strong organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft 360, ERP systems is a must.
Willingness to adopt AI tools to enhance work efficiency and creativity.
Knowledge of design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator) (in advance, but not a must).
Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented, and eager to learn.
Good command of English and Mandarin.
Quarterly Bonus - based on performance.
