Responsibilities
Full Lifecycle Management: Oversee the entire project development cycle, from feasibility studies, master planning and schematic design, through to tender, construction and handover
Design & Quality Control: Rigorously review architectural drawings, material submissions and method statements to ensure alignment with the company’s premium brand standards and design intent
Consultant & Contractor Management: Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary external teams, including lead architects, structural/MEP, QS and main contractors
Statutory & Government Liaison: Actively liaise with relevant government authorities (e.g., Buildings Department, Lands Department, Planning Department) to ensure timely submissions, approvals and compliance with all statutory requirements
Risk & Cost Control: Work closely with the internal and external parties to monitor the project budget, manage variations, and proactively resolve site conflicts or design clashes to mitigate delays and cost overruns
Requirements
Bachelor or Master Degree in Architecture or related discipline
Member of HKIA or equivalent, possessing Authorized Person (AP) status will have a distinct advantage
Minimum of 10 years of post-qualification experience, solid track record working with major property developers or top‑tier architectural practices on large-scale local projects
In-depth understanding of relevant regulations, land administration procedures and the local real estate market
Strong leadership, analytical problem-solving and negotiation skills. Ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced corporate environment
Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
Candidate with less experience will be considered as Project Manager or Assistant Project Manager
