Schedule appointments and maintain an organized calendar for management and beauty consultants, optimizing workflow.
Oversee inventory management of office supplies and beauty products, placing orders as necessary to ensure availability.
Maintain a pristine and inviting reception area that reflects the brand's image and commitment to excellence.
Assist with advanced administrative tasks, including data entry, document management, and reporting.
Provide support for special projects and promotional events, contributing to the overall success of the store.
Mentor and train junior reception staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
Qualifications: Proven experience as a receptionist or in a senior administrative role, preferably within the beauty or wellness industry.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong emphasis on customer service.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiar with beauty industry software.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information with discretion.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in beauty or business administration are highly desirable.
Fluent in spoken and written Cantonese and English.
