Responsibilities Collaborate with business stakeholders and subject matter experts to understand their challenges and needs Gather, document, and analyze business requirements from customers and internal users Lead project implementation, business analysis, and process streamlining initiatives Prepare detailed requirement specifications and work closely with system architects and developers to ensure accurate project/system implementation.
Partner with Global IT teams to implement system upgrades, integrations, and deploy new applications Collaborate with the infrastructure team to manage application server-related tasks and assist in resolving network incidents that impact application performance or availability Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and recommend optimization strategies Conduct testing and validation of system changes to ensure accuracy, reliability, and compliance with requirements Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with operations teams and customers Provide training sessions for end users when necessary Offer ongoing system support to end users Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field Minimum of 3 years of experience as a System Analyst or in a similar role, preferably in the logistics, warehousing & distribution, e Commerce, or supply chain industry Knowledge of My SQL, Postgre SQL,.
