Swire Coca-Cola is seeking a well‑organised and effective Senior Specialist, Strategy Admin to provide comprehensive project and administrative support to the Chief Strategy & Commercial Officer and Swire Coca-Cola’s Global Strategy team. The role also involves overseeing and supporting the logistical execution of company leadership events and actively identifying opportunities to add value to the Strategy team through collaboration, engagement, problem‑solving, and ongoing support to team members. This role reports to Chief Strategy and Commercial Officer. Key Responsibilities Provide diversified project and administrative support to Chief Strategy & Commercial Officer, including schedule management, travel & meeting coordination, appointments, conferences with internal & external parties Perform various administrative duties for the Strategy Department including work visa application, travel arrangements and organisation of related itineraries & logistics, such as hotel reservation, expense reimbursement for Chief Strategy & Commercial Officer and other managers and overseas consultants Organise learning trips to other markets, KO conferences & workshops, office team building & events Keep alignment with Chief Strategy & Commercial Officer’s changing priorities to organise both their & self’s work schedule in an effective manner Execute the logistic arrangements for major company annual leadership events (Board Meetings and Leadership Summit)Perform a range of facilities and resources management activities to reserve & prepare necessary meeting resources & materials in advance as required for regular meetings and be able to apply project management approach to tasks Work in collaboration in the Global Strategy Function, and in synergy with the Global Commercial Function under the leadership of Chief Commercial & Strategy Officer The Successful Applicant Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration / Management or related field.
