Job Description - Senior Technician - Front Line Maintenance Team (Ref: 250000 A5)Responsibilities Lead a team of staff to perform maintenance activities for all facility maintenance systems/equipment and carry out failure investigation in stations and ancillary buildings within the responsible line(s). Monitor maintenance contractor’s quality, safety, and performance on maintenance works, as well as coordinate the C&R Works on site. Assist in preparing maintenance documentation in relation to safety, quality, and environmental issues. Requirements Higher Diploma/Higher Certificate in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronic/Building Services Engineering or equivalent. A minimum of 4 years’ relevant experience, of which 1 year should be at supervisory level. Good interpersonal, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills are essential. Remarks Candidates with extensive experience but lower qualification will also be considered. Required to perform shift duties and work on weekends and public holidays, when and where required. The above position offers a Joining Bonus of $12,000, subject to the terms and conditions of the relevant programme.
