What requirements you'll need to be eligible
DSE or above
Have had prior work experience gained in customer service, hospitality, membership, retail brand or property management industry
Proactive, Independent and able to work under pressure
Good command of English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
What you'll be doing on the job
Provide premium customer services and handle customers' enquiries & complaints
Support daily operations such as promotions, exhibition, events, etc
Assist with other ad-hoc duties as assigned
