Responsibilities: Oversee human resources functions and provide strong operational support and guidance on talent acquisition, organizational change management, employee relations, performance management, employee development and HR data integrity for ALL Business Units Being responsible for planning and executing HR initiatives, which include but not limited to talent acquisition, retention, employment branding program and HR system implementation aligned with the overall business strategy Partnering with business leaders and operations to understand their needs and develop HR programs and initiatives to support their objectives Be one of the key leaders to drive human resources operation excellence for Asset Management business units to meet business goals Manage annual budgeting, salary structure and other remuneration exercises Compliance with Hong Kong & Mainland China labour law and regulations Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or Hospitality Management or equivalent At least 10 years' relevant working experience in human resources, including talent acquisition, employee relations and talent management.
