Responsible for sourcing execution including but not limited to internal requirement analysis, supply market analysis, sourcing strategy development, competitive bidding process, negotiation and contract review. Identify and deliver cost savings opportunities. Provide specialist advice, guidance and service on leading practice procurement to all functions within the Group. Provide insight through the analysis of spend, supply markets and savings. Reporting such as savings report, performance report generation. Special project as assigned. Requirements University degree holder. Solid sourcing/procurement experience in sizable organizations/MNCs. Knowledge in using Ariba is preferred. Fluent spoken English and Cantonese.
