The incumbent will be responsible for creating and implementing visual merchandising strategy focused on elevating the in-store consumer experience. This role involves supporting retail programs that align with the company's business goals and ensuring flawless execution and timeline management of visual merchandising. Responsibilities Plan, develop seasonal VM campaigns and ensure quality and timely execution. Provide graphic designs & coordinate with production agencies to ensure quality of production and timeline fulfilment. Develop zoning plans for both new and existing stores, with close collaboration with the retail operations team and buyers to ensure optimal sales efficiency. Raise VM standards according to brand guidelines. Market / Design trend research on VM. Requirements Diploma / Degree holder in Visual Art or other related disciplines.3 years or above in visual merchandising field; concepts development on window display is highly desirable. Creative, detail-minded, with constant innovation and work dynamics. Strong sense in Arts and Creatives. Proficient in MS applications & Design software including AI, GIF animation, and Photoshop.
