Job Description: Manage data center operations and monitoring tasks to ensure high-quality service delivery.
Maintain service levels for application systems through effective operation management, contingency planning, and system health monitoring.
Provide professional recommendations on infrastructure configuration, application design, etc., based on analysis of system performance, incident records, and other related data.
Lead cross-functional teams to complete system optimization and enhancement tasks, and evaluate overall task achievements.
Organize management review meetings covering system performance, optimization, incident handling, case sharing, and project/task progress.
Drive continuous improvement through process refinement and technology innovation.
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to support infrastructure or business-related projects.
Requirements: Degree holder or above in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related disciplines.
Minimum 5 years of experience in application development or IT infrastructure.
(Candidates with less experience may be considered for the System Administration Manager role.)Solid experience in operating system administration (AIX, Linux) is an advantage.
Knowledge and experience with middleware products, SAN storage, backup solutions, monitoring and security tools, networking, Windows, VMware, and Red Hat Virtualization is a plus.
Proven experience in supporting medium to large-scale project implementations is preferred.
