About Our Client
Our client is a multinational construction company. They are seeking an experienced Senior/Finance Manager due to business expansion.
Job Description
Lead the preparation and review of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with IFRS, GAAP, or relevant standards.
Oversee the consolidation process across multiple business units and subsidiaries.
Provide insights and analysis to support management decision-making.
Ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of financial data.
Implement and monitor internal control procedures related to reporting and consolidation processes.
Coordinate external audits and provide required documentation.
Support ad-hoc reporting and special projects as needed.
The Successful Candidate
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field with CPA qualification.
10+ years of experience in financial reporting, consolidation, or accounting.
Experience with financial consolidation software (e.g., Hyperion, SAP BPC, Cognos) is advantageous.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial information clearly.
Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
Experience with PRC accounting standards and taxation.
