Responsibilities Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies encompassing technical SEO, on‑page optimisation, content strategy, and off‑page initiatives to enhance organic visibility and drive qualified traffic. Conduct rigorous keyword research, competitor analysis, and backlink reviews using platforms such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Screaming Frog. Leverage a suite of AI tools (e.g., Gemini, Chat GPT, Perplexity) to augment research, including trend forecasting, complex query analysis, user intent modelling, and creative content generation at scale. Track, analyse, and report on SEO performance using Google Analytics (GA4), Google Search Console, and other analytics platforms; translate data into clear reports and identify areas for improvement. Perform website audits, on‑page optimisation, content marketing, and manage the website via CMS. Work closely with content and account servicing teams to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into all projects. Stay up‑to‑date on the latest search engine algorithm updates, industry trends, and the impact of AI on search; share insights and proactively adapt strategies with the team. Participate in an on‑job training program. Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Data Science, or a related discipline. Minimum of 1–2 years of hands‑on experience in an SEO‑focused role; more extensive experience may qualify for a Senior SEO Specialist position. Hands‑on experience with Google Analytics and SEO tools such as Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, and Search Console. Strong interest in leveraging AI tools for research, analysis, or content generation. Analytical, data‑driven mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and formulate actionable insights. Excellent project management and multitasking skills with meticulous attention to detail.
