Role Broker Service Consultant Location: Hong Kong Employment type: Permanent Salary: Competitive Salary + fantastic benefits Work pattern: Full time We will provide you with ownership of broker service and enrolment offering account management–styled support to intermediaries predominantly based in Hong Kong. In this key role your dedicated service to brokers will help win and retain brokered customers for Bupa Global. Responsibilities Act as the primary point of contact for intermediaries within their portfolio and deliver the highest level of customer care Seek to resolve queries via emails and calls with both quality and productivity Investigate issues for brokers, identify trends, and proactively recommend solutions Establish and develop effective relationships with brokers Manage workload between enrolment and broker service, prioritising tasks based on importance and urgency Facilitate administration work in renewal business Provide necessary support to brokers in training such as online portal navigation and enrolment process Qualifications Ability to work in an agile way – independently with minimal supervision Fluency in English and Cantonese with proficiency in written skills Excellent people skills in managing brokers’ expectations; empathetic while maintaining a professional attitude First-class numeracy skills to handle complex claim, premium, and commission queries accurately A track record of achieving productivity and quality assurance Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills Effective time management Why Bupa?We’re a health insurer and provider.
