Overview
Susquehanna is looking for an IT Infrastructure Support Specialist. In this role, you will use your knowledge of the corporate IT environment to provide a high level of support and customer service to our Hong Kong office. You will work with local and international colleagues to deliver projects and solutions within the APAC region.
In this role, you will be exposed to a wide range of technologies from desktops and networks. You will need to be able to work with specialist engineers to assist in implementation, maintenance and support of all aspects of our IT infrastructure. This role offers the opportunity to work in a rewarding environment for a trading firm that values technology and would suit an individual who enjoys delivering solutions and providing a high level of support.

What We’re Looking For
3+ years of experience in supporting office technologies (e.g., Desktops, Laptops, Microsoft Windows, Printers, Phones, etc.)
Ability to self‑motivate, identify issues and drive resolutions involving multiple teams
Excellent communication and collaboration skills; preferably proficient in Cantonese and English
Strong troubleshooting skills with logical, structured problem‑solving ability
Knowledge of the following technologies:
Microsoft Windows 11
Microsoft Active Directory
DNS, DHCP (SCCM is an advantage)
MS Office Suites
Basic understanding of network concepts (routing/VLANs/Firewalls/etc.) is an advantage
Some experience with networking, trading room environments, and trading applications (Bloomberg, etc.) would be an advantage.
