My client We mainly conduct our R&D activities in our HK headquarter office. Part of the R&D activities include research into top software techniques for the purpose of embedded software development. The focus would be high-quality team based development techniques on RTOS, embedded C/C++ driver development on the entire SDLC platform from inception to development/testing.
Job Responsibilities
Conduct Telecommunications next-generation GPS core software
Design and develop embedded systems Chipset development
development using C++ in Linux environment, testing and debugging code against on end to end test cases
Define, design, and implement communication signaling for Core Network development involving emerging technologies
Development, testing, implementation maintenance of the full-software implementation lifecycle.
Prototype emerging solutions and features defined in specifications and provide technical trouble shooting and root-cause analysis of the system
Draft new function design documents and test cases in English
Provide technical supports and guidance to team members, e.g., code review, technical sharing, and artifact delivery
Lead and conduct research to meet different customer requirements
Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned
Create sound, readable and maintainable documentation for embedded software systems
Preferred skills and experience
MSc, MPhil or Ph. D. in Electronic engineering, computer science, or related areas
OPEN to Local MPHIL grads. with solid based grade of 2:1 and above.
Proficiency in C/C++, LINUX DEVELOPMENT etc.
Experienced with embedded processors, RTOS, and low-level device driver development is strongly preferred.
Fact-based analytical thinking, self-motivated, focus on quality, attention to detail.
Passion for learning new technology and willing to adapt to new techniques as needed.
Good communication and collaboration skills, fluent in spoken and written English, Chinese, Cantonese.
