Job Requirements Degree / Higher Diploma holder in Computer Science / Information Technology or related disciplines. Minimum 6 years’ working experience in managing software development team. Experience in contact center system technologies, voice and SIP technologies, and knowledge in emerging technologies will be an advantage. Experience in hands-on programming, system design, and system implementation. Experience in full software development lifecycle from design to deployment, understanding best practices, trends in software development, and proven records in delivering mega projects.
