We are seeking hardworking individuals with hospitality experience and a strong work ethic to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist the Head Sommelier in providing wine and beverage service to guests.
Recommend wine and beverage options to enhance guest satisfaction.
Maintain accurate wine sales records and control stock levels.
Provide high standards of professional service to guests.
Perform ad hoc duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

At least 1 year of relevant experience in food and beverage or hospitality, preferably in fine dining.
WSET Level 3 or equivalent certification.
Extensive knowledge of wines, spirits, sake, etc.
Self-motivated, responsible, and proactive.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills with a guest-oriented attitude.
Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese.
