You'll be based in the Hong Kong office, working closely with global teams and suppliers to support the development and sourcing of beauty products.
A typical day will include the following: Planning and coordinating sourcing activities based on commercial and development strategies.
Conducting vendor site visits and participating in trade fairs and exhibitions.
Negotiating pricing and managing production schedules in collaboration with internal buying teams.
Evaluating market opportunities and recommending sourcing strategies.
Ensuring compliance with inspection programs and company standards.
Handling quality and production concerns, including factory visits and vendor warehouse checks.
Supporting social compliance and cargo security program requirements.
To succeed in this role, you will have: A university degree with at least 5 years of sourcing and production experience, including 2 years in a buying office or agency serving international markets.
Proven experience in beauty or related categories for U.
S., Canada, or UK retail markets.
