Our client, a financial services company, a leader in online payment system, who is urgently seeking a Sr. Accountant to join the team in Hong Kong
Job Description
Report to Senior Finance Manager for all financial reporting and operational finance matters across company’s operations
Prepare and review monthly financial statements and analysis for management review
Prepare quarterly and annual financial statements for external reporting purpose
Review finance and accounting operations, including accounts payable transactions
Streamline financial process to improve work efficiency and strengthen the internal control
Be prepared to get hands‑on in resolving issues and exploiting new opportunities as they arise
Job Requirements
University graduate with at least 5 years financial operation experience
A member of a recognized professional accounting body is definitely an advantage
Good understanding of IFRS/HKFRS
Proficient in Excel and Power Point
Experience in Oracle and Hyperion is an added advantage
Knowledge of e‑payment and financial services is a plus
Mature, self‑motivated, strong sense of responsibility, independent, detail‑oriented and well organized
Strong people management and communications skills with the ability to earn the respect and trust of peers, seniors and subordinates, so as to win their support and cooperation
Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese
Candidate with less experience will be considered as Accountant
